Is It Possible For You And I To Age Beautifully And Gracefully?

No matter how much I dread the thought that one day I would be frail and old, the fact is that aging is something that happens to everybody. The moment you crawled out of your mama’s womb, the aging process had already begun. It is just that the symptoms of aging become more visible when we get past the age of 40 years.

If you are like me that has this desire to remain youthful for as long as possible, then you should find out about those things that allows the symptoms of aging to start surfacing. Knowing this would help in choosing techniques that would be very effective in slowing down the aging process so that you can still look and feel sexy, beautiful and strong for as long as possible. There is no need to endure the pains and annoyances that come with growing old!

There are millions of people like me that are petrified about the thought of growing old. This is normal… why would you ever be excited about the thought of not being able to do the things that you really love… like having sex ;-)? Nobody wants to see wrinkles, fine lines or age spots on their face. The thing about getting old is that it comes unnoticeably! Before you know it, you begin to notice white hair, bald spots and other common signs of aging… All the symptoms of aging come gradually…

As you grow older, your youthfulness begins to decrease. The things you did as a youth becomes more difficult. Your body metabolism slows down a bit as you grow older. You will begin to see noticeable changes in the way you body looks and your energy levels. Although I can clearly tell you that some people begin to see signs of aging earlier than others, the truth is that everybody would definitely grow old one day!

One of the symptoms of aging that my wife and I keep fighting everyday is weight gain. I jog everyday and I do exercises at the gym 3 times a day just because I do not want any excess body fat! As you grow older, the tendency for your body to store excess body fat (weight gain) increases. To avoid weight gain, you MUST increase the amount of physical activity that you do daily! You do not have to grow fatter as you grow older; I have made a decision to always keep my weight under 70 kilograms for as long as possible!

Another thing that also changes as we grow older is our height. You don’t actually grow shorter but your posture and your spinal cord bones undergo changes that reduce your height a bit. The most obvious sign that you are getting older shows on your skin. The texture, complexion and thickness of your skin changes as you grow older. I don’t really care about my skin, I hardly use body lotion or creams BUT my wife… she is so concerned about every line or spot that comes up on her skin! I believe that women tend to experience skin changes more on their skin as the age faster than men. It could be because of women undergo more hormonal changes during their lifetime than men.

As we grow older, there is a tendency for our brain power to reduce a bit. Memorizing and cramming (I did this a lot in high school and college) becomes a lot more difficult than it used to be. Memory loss is another common symptom of aging. It seems as we get older our brain tends to process information a little slower than it did when we were in our youthful days.

Loss of sex drive and a decline in our sexual performance are two things that are affected seriously by aging. I love having sex… there is nothing similar to that… so it can be really depressing and a real setback to be at a point where you are no longer enjoying sex!

A couple of years back my wife and I discovered a way of keeping our human growth hormones (HGH) level as high as possible. This is the best way to slow down the symptoms of aging.

Human growth hormone is responsible for our youthful looks and vitality. The sad thing is that it reached its peak when we were in our late teens and began to decrease slowly as we entered our exciting twenties (I remember so many nasty and exciting things I did back then). As you passed the age of 30 years, the decline in human growth hormones production continued. If you want to look and feel younger, then you need to find a safe and naturally way to boost your body’s production of human growth hormones.

Have you heard about HGH releasers before? These are tablets that are made from amino acids, herbs and plant extracts that can help in kick starting your body system to increase its daily production of human growth hormone. The benefits that you get are amazing.
